BIOGRAPHY

Carol Chediak is a Brazilian visual artist, currently living and working in Rio de Janeiro. Her practice revolves around relationships in both their visible and invisible dimensions. Through intentional mediation or simple observation, she creates aesthetic experiences that manifest in various forms such as photography, video, audio, objects, and performance. Each of her works is intricately connected to one another, fostering a sense of continuous unfolding.

2002 Graduates from Law (Pontifícia Universidade Católica Rio de Janeiro/Brazil)
2008 Certified as a yoga instructor by Sivananda Yoga Vedante (NY/USA)
Somatic Educator in training by The Body Mind Movement (Philadelphia/USA)
2009 Begins studies at the School of Visual Arts from Parque Lage (Rio de Janeiro/Brazil) from 2009 to 2014.
2009 Receives Post-Graduate Degree in Brazilian Art History and Architecture (Pontifícia Universidade Católica RJ/Brazil)
2014 Graduates in Art Education (Formae/Instituto Pro-Saber Rio de Janeiro/Brazil) 
2021 Becomes a member of Teleportal Gallery, an international artist collective
