Taisuke Toya（戸谷 太佑）

Born in 1998, Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
Having interest in the spaces and spatiality created by humans, I seek to materialize “things that are here but not here” in the “here / now,” aiming to cultivate a critical sensibility toward the pre-established world and to claim a personal, unique spatial experience. Through interventions in spaces where one perception inadvertently leads to the recognition of the existence of other worlds, I attempt to explore the parallel existence of multiple “selves” within the same space, and to experience entities that are not physically present as tangible matters.
